Hubbell reported third-quarter earnings of $5.91 per share, $0.04 above expectations. Revenue came in at $1.87B, short of the $1.89B expected.
The company raised its full-year 2026 adjusted diluted EPS guidance to $20.40 to $20.60. Gerben Bakker, chairman, president and chief executive, said the increase reflects mainly stronger anticipated growth in Electrical Solutions. Hubbell also guides full-year GAAP diluted EPS of $17.30 to $17.50, and total sales growth of 18% to 19%, including organic sales growth of 10% to 11%.
The raise carries most of the weight, because the earnings beat is small and revenue fell short. Electrical Solutions is the segment to watch. Total sales growth sits about eight points above organic growth, so the top line will depend on how much of that gap repeats. The gap between GAAP guidance and the adjusted range will matter in judging the raise.
