INNIO reported third-quarter earnings of $0.15 per share, $0.03 more than expected. Revenue was $1.17 billion, against $1.07 billion expected. Dr. Olaf Berlien, the company's president and chief executive, said revenue passed $1 billion in a quarter for the first time. He said the result was driven by strong Equipment Order Intake, which he tied to accelerating demand for AI infrastructure.
INNIO raised its full-year 2026 revenue range to $3.9 billion to $4.0 billion, up from $3.8 billion to $3.9 billion. It raised its adjusted EBITDA range to $780 million to $800 million, up from $720 million to $740 million. Adjusted EBITDA is a measure of earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation, adjusted for items the company chooses to exclude.
The revenue range rises by about $100 million at the midpoint, while the profit range rises by about $60 million. That suggests the extra sales will earn a smaller profit than the existing business does. Management links the quarter's strength to Equipment Order Intake and AI infrastructure demand, so the outlook now depends on whether orders can keep pace with the higher forecast. The revenue beat of $100 million is also larger in dollar terms than the per-share figure alone suggests.
