Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings earned $1.12 a share in the third quarter, $0.16 more than analysts expected, and lifted its full-year 2026 targets. Revenue was $2.95 billion against $2.94 billion expected.
The company now expects 2026 Adjusted EBITDA of about $2.55 billion and Adjusted EPS of about $1.70. For the fourth quarter it expects Adjusted EBITDA of about $414 million.
It also set out 2027 for the first time. Net Yield growth, a measure of revenue per cruise day, is expected at 1% to 2%, with a meaningful acceleration in the second half. Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer John W. Chidsey said the company is seeing early signs of progress.
The 2027 range is modest, and the pickup is weighted to later in the year, so the first half looks slower. That adds a full-year 2027 view to the net interest expense range the company gave in September.
The company has also finished a $950 million senior notes issue due 2031 and enlarged its revolving loan facility. That balance sheet work came before the guidance raise, so the higher outlook does not rest on a new funding need. The guidance also rises alongside a change of chief financial officer, which has not altered the upward direction.
