Leonardo DRS raised and narrowed its 2026 outlook after a third quarter that beat estimates. The company now expects adjusted diluted EPS of $1.50 to $1.53, up from $1.34 to $1.39. It expects revenue of $3,950 million to $3,985 million, up from $3,900 million to $3,975 million.
Third-quarter EPS was $0.46, $0.11 above expectations. Revenue was $1.07B against $1.04B expected.
"Record bookings, backlog and improved visibility into the fourth quarter" gave the company the confidence to lift its outlook, CEO John Baylouny said. That points to a raise built on work already booked rather than on new demand still to be won.
The raise is larger at the bottom than at the top. The adjusted EPS floor moves up by $0.16, and the revenue floor rises by $50 million. Tighter ranges leave less room for a late-year shortfall to pass unnoticed, so fourth-quarter results will show whether the higher floors hold.
The board also declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per share. It is payable on November 25, 2026, to stockholders of record on November 12, 2026.
