APi Group lifts 2026 revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance after third-quarter beat
The company now expects full-year net revenue of $9.20 billion to $9.25 billion, up from a prior range of $8.875 billion to $9.025 billion.
APi Group earned $0.50 a share in the third quarter, $0.03 more than analysts expected, and raised its outlook for 2026 on revenue and adjusted EBITDA. Revenue came in at $2.55 billion against expectations of $2.43 billion.
The company now expects full-year net revenue of $9.20 billion to $9.25 billion, up from $8.875 billion to $9.025 billion. It expects adjusted EBITDA of $1.235 billion to $1.255 billion, up from $1.205 billion to $1.245 billion. EBITDA is earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation.
Because both ranges moved, the company is carrying third-quarter strength into the rest of the year rather than reporting one good period. The higher EBITDA range also shows the revision covers profitability, not only sales volume.
APi expects adjusted free cash flow to equal 110% of adjusted net income for the year. That gives investors a cash figure against which to check reported earnings.
Chief Executive Russ Becker said strong demand across inspection, service and monitoring, robust project activity and disciplined execution drove the quarter. He said a growing backlog and improving margins support confidence heading into 2027. That points to management expecting demand to extend beyond this year.
