Alnylam Pharmaceuticals holds its 2026 revenue range after in-line third-quarter sales of $1.46 billion
Chief Executive Yvonne Greenstreet says a larger enrollment target for the TRITON-CM study of nucresiran strengthens the company's long-term position in TTR.

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals left its 2026 outlook unchanged as third-quarter revenue of $1.46 billion matched what analysts expected. The company kept total net product revenue guidance at $4,700 million to $5,100 million. Earnings per share were $16.26.
The in-line quarter did not lead management to move the full-year range. The bigger issue is the one Chief Executive Yvonne Greenstreet raised: the company has expanded the enrollment target for TRITON-CM, its late-stage study of nucresiran. She said the change positions the drug for success and strengthens Alnylam's long-term position in TTR.
TRITON-CM is a randomized, double-blind study that compares nucresiran with placebo. It is driven by clinical events, so its timing depends on how many occur. On the second-quarter call, according to an Investing.com transcript, management said it had options that included changes to enrollment or analysis, and that no changes might be needed. That call came after a negative result for eplontersen in its CARDIO-TTRansform study, and management discussed what that means for the odds of success in TRITON-CM.
Until later data test the claim, the view that a larger study strengthens nucresiran is management's own assessment. For now the guidance range is the firmest signal of how the company sees its existing TTR business.
