ATI beats Q3 estimates on earnings and revenue and raises its full-year profit outlook again
Sales rose 26% from a year earlier to $1.42B, and ATI lifted its 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance by $35 million to $1.195B.
ATI reported third-quarter earnings of $1.46 a share, $0.08 above expectations, on revenue of $1.42B against $1.34B expected. The revenue beat was as large in proportion as the earnings beat.
ATI raised its 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance by $35 million to $1.195B. That follows a $125 million increase the previous quarter. ATI says third-quarter adjusted EBITDA of $328 million, up 46% from a year earlier, was $13 million above the top of its own guidance. The margin widened 300 basis points to 23.0%.
Adjusted EPS was $0.85 in the year-ago quarter. GAAP EPS rose to $1.37 from $0.78, a gain ATI puts at 76%. Net income attributable to ATI was $190 million, up 73%. Sales grew in all of ATI's key markets, the company says.
Kimberly A. Fields, Board Chair, President and CEO, said the quarter reflected strong demand backed by long-term agreements, differentiated capabilities and disciplined execution across operations. The next test is whether those agreements keep demand steady in coming quarters, and whether the company can keep lifting its guidance as it has in the last two.
