Incyte raised its full-year 2026 net sales guidance to between $5,210 million and $5,300 million, up from $5,130 million to $5,260 million, as third-quarter revenue of $1.51B edged past the $1.50B analysts expected. The company reported a loss of $3.60 a share, which is $0.33 better than expected.
The Opzelura range rose to $1,100 million to $1,120 million from $1,050 million to $1,100 million. The Hematology and Oncology range rose to $890 million to $910 million from $860 million to $890 million.
Chief Executive Bill Meury said net sales grew strongly in both the U.S. and internationally, which he said is creating a durable core business beyond Jakafi.
That claim carries weight because Jakafi's core patents expire in mid and late 2028, and Opzelura is the product Incyte is counting on to fill the gap. The raised range supports the case only if it reflects prescriptions. One analysis of the second quarter attributed much of that quarter's guidance increase to a $246 million benefit from undoing earlier Opzelura accruals. The latest release does not separate that kind of accounting effect from underlying demand.
