Hyatt Hotels now expects revenue per available room (RevPAR), a measure of hotel income per room, to grow 5.0% to 5.5% across its comparable system-wide hotels in 2026 from 2025. The raised range lifts the outlook for the full year, not only the quarter.
The third-quarter results were mixed. Earnings per share of $1.27 beat expectations by $0.49. Revenue of $1.74B came in below the $1.78B analysts expected, so the earnings beat did not come from stronger sales.
The rest of the outlook rests on that growth. Hyatt expects gross fees of $1,320 million to $1,335 million, up 10% to 11% from 2025. It expects Adjusted EBITDA of $1,170 million to $1,200 million, up 14% to 17%. Net rooms growth of about 6% adds to the base on which those fees are earned. Net income attributable to Hyatt is projected at $240 million to $310 million.
Hyatt also raised its expected capital returns for the year to $375 million to $425 million, through dividends and share repurchases. The board declared a fourth-quarter dividend of $0.15 per share, payable December 7, 2026 to holders of record on November 23, 2026.
