For the third quarter, Alnylam Pharmaceuticals earned $16.26 per share, a measure known as earnings per share (EPS). Revenue was $1.46 billion, in line with the $1.46 billion expected.
Alnylam kept its full-year 2026 range for total net product revenue at $4.7 billion to $5.1 billion. Chief Executive Officer Yvonne Greenstreet said a larger enrollment target for the TRITON-CM study puts nucresiran in a stronger position. She said it also adds to the company's long-term standing in transthyretin (TTR) medicines.
The company calls nucresiran an investigational next-generation TTR silencer.
Keeping the range rather than moving it indicates that the in-line revenue did not prompt a change to the full-year outlook. The larger question is whether the bigger enrollment target strengthens nucresiran and Alnylam's long-term position in TTR. Later data will have to test that. Until then, it remains management's assessment.
