Technology (+0.6%) is led by Accenture, up 21.8%, with Synopsys and Cognizant also sharply higher, while SolarEdge and Enphase Energy lag at the bottom of the sector. Energy (+0.7%) is broadly firm, led by Occidental Petroleum up 3.2%. Materials (-1.1%) shows an extreme outlier in Corteva, down 83.8%, against a far more modest drop for Mosaic. Real Estate (-1.0%) and Financials (-0.5%) are softer, with FactSet up 2.7% the standout in financials and Citigroup down 2.7% the weakest. Utilities, Staples, Health Care and Discretionary are all modestly lower.
Factor performance is mixed, with S&P 500 Growth and Dividend Aristocrats both up 0.6% while EAFE Value lags at -1.2%.
Within mega-cap growth, ServiceNow (+3.9%) and Intuit (+3.0%) stand out on the upside, while Bank of America (-1.9%) and Linde (-1.7%) are among the weakest.
Among other sector ETFs, Software (+1.6%) and Oil & Gas E&P (+1.3%) lead, while Europe Financials (-2.2%) and Homebuilders (-1.8%) underperform. The Solar Energy thematic ETF is down 2.2%, and in commodities Brent Oil is up 2.6% against a 2.6% drop in Rare Earth and Strategic Metals.
Individual movers are led by Fair Isaac, while Smurfit Westrock is the weakest of the group.
