Jabil reported fiscal fourth-quarter earnings of $4.40 a share, $0.30 above estimates, on revenue of $10.62 billion, topping the $9.79 billion analysts had forecast.
For fiscal 2027, the company guided first-quarter net revenue of $10.6 billion to $11.4 billion and core diluted earnings per share, on a non-GAAP basis, of $3.80 to $4.20. For the full year, Jabil guided net revenue of approximately $44.5 billion, up 24% from fiscal 2026, with core diluted earnings per share of $17.55, up 34%. It guided adjusted free cash flow of approximately $1.6 billion.
CEO Mike Dastoor said the outlook reflects accelerating AI demand alongside growth in automotive, healthcare, energy infrastructure, defense, aerospace and retail automation, and gives management confidence in the year ahead.
The 24% revenue growth guided for fiscal 2027 points to AI-related capital spending spreading beyond the hyperscalers themselves into the contract manufacturers that build their infrastructure, echoing the memory-component supply agreement Akamai disclosed with Jabil last month. The scale of the increase, with full-year core earnings guided to $17.55 a share on 34% growth, suggests management is looking past a single quarter's beat toward sustained demand. Jabil's spread across automotive, healthcare, defense and retail automation alongside AI also limits the risk that a slowdown in any one end market derails the outlook, a contrast with peers more concentrated in a single segment.
