SPY is up 0.6% in the regular session. Health Care leads at +1.6%, with Humana and Moderna both surging more than 11%. Real Estate also gains 1.6%, driven by Crown Castle (+12.8%), American Tower (+7.4%) and SBA Communications (+6.7%). Financials rise 0.9% with Coinbase the standout at +5.7%, and Consumer Discretionary adds 0.9% led by Amazon and Tesla. Utilities gain 0.7% on a jump in Constellation Energy (+5.0%). Industrials are up only 0.5%, dragged by Deere, down 3.1% after shares fell on the session. Technology adds 0.4%, with Oracle up 5.6% while HP Inc slides 6.6%. Consumer Staples is flat.
Momentum and high-beta factors lead, with the Momentum ETF and High Beta ETF both up 1.0%, while Value lags at +0.3%.
Within mega-caps, Oracle again stands out at +5.6%, with Apple down 1.6% after Nikkei reported Apple is scaling back iPhone 18 Pro orders on weaker demand.
Among other sector ETFs, biotech funds jump (XBI +3.3%, IBB +3.0%), while semiconductor ETFs slip around 0.7%.
Communications names are sharply lower after SpaceX struck a deal to acquire a nationwide low-band spectrum portfolio, pressuring the wireless carriers.
