Lululemon Chief Executive Officer Calvin Neuburger and Chief Financial Officer Jen Dagnese will leave the company on November 6, the Wall Street Journal reported.
Lululemon is promoting Gauger to president and chief product officer.
The departures of the chief executive and chief financial officer on the same date leave Lululemon without its two top financial and operating voices at once, a setup that tends to put more weight on interim continuity than a single-executive change would. Promoting Gauger from within points to an internal succession path rather than an outside search, which will shape how investors read the company's near-term direction during the handover.
Because both exits take effect on November 6, any guidance on holiday-season merchandising or product strategy will come from leadership only just stepping into its new roles.
