The S&P 500 ETF is down 0.2% as the 10-year Treasury yield climbs toward 5.36%, its highest level in decades, pressuring rate-sensitive sectors.
Health Care is the standout at +1.6%, while Industrials lead declines at -1.9%, with Caterpillar down 5.6% as the sector's weakest member. Materials fall 1.2%, dragged by Mosaic (-5.1%) even as Corteva gains 3.6%. Real Estate slips 0.9% and Financials fall 0.5%, with Goldman Sachs (-1.3%) and Wells Fargo (-1.6%) among the weakest and FactSet Research the top gainer at +2.0%. Technology (-0.4%) and Consumer Discretionary (-0.3%) are little changed, while Consumer Staples and Utilities are modestly positive. Energy is down 0.9%.
High beta names underperform, with the High Beta ETF down 1.1% versus a flat S&P 500 Momentum ETF. Small- and mid-cap factors are notably weaker than the broad market, with the Invesco S&P MidCap Quality ETF down 2.2%.
Among mega-cap growth names, Eli Lilly (+3.4%), AbbVie (+2.5%) and Intuit (+2.2%) lead gains, while Texas Instruments (-3.6%), Deere (-3.3%) and Analog Devices (-3.2%) lag.
Elsewhere, semiconductor ETFs are down roughly 1.4%, homebuilder ETFs fall more than 2.5%, and the Aerospace & Defense ETF and Metals & Mining ETF drop 2.8% and 3.0% respectively. The Uranium ETF is the weakest tracked sector fund, down 4.7%.
Individual movers are broad-based, with gains concentrated in power and industrial names and losses hitting defense, space and crypto-linked equities.

Thematic funds tied to space, nuclear and industrial renaissance themes are down 3.5% to 4.1%, while gold and silver miner ETFs fall roughly 2.8% to 3.4% as spot gold and silver both extend losses.
