Zelenskiy says trilateral team-level meeting agreed after call with Witkoff and Kushner
Russia has agreed to resume trilateral talks while strikes continue, and Moscow's demand for the rest of Donbas has not changed.

Ukraine's Zelenskiy says he has spoken with US envoy Steve Witkoff and Kushner. He says they went over the results of talks held in Norway. He also says the three sides agree on a trilateral meeting at team level, which he wants held in the first half of November, as soon as possible.
The Kremlin has said new talks involving Russia, the US and Ukraine may be held in Abu Dhabi. Zelenskiy has said he supports the US proposal for trilateral talks at the level of negotiators.
Moscow's demand for the rest of Donbas has not changed. Putin has said eastern Ukraine is historically Russian land, and that position has not moved.
The new target narrows the format of the talks. Until now, scheduling language moved between team-level talks and leader-level proposals with no date attached. Zelenskiy now gives a first-half-November window. The Abu Dhabi technical talks already floated also point at that period, so two tracks now aim at the same window. Neither changes Moscow's Donbas demand, and Putin's framing of eastern Ukraine has outlasted every scheduling step this month. What matters now is whether Russia confirms it will take part, rather than simply letting another process announcement stand.
