Bloom Energy raised its full-year revenue forecast for 2026 to between $4.4 billion and $4.6 billion. The company reported third-quarter earnings of $0.94 a share, $0.24 more than expected. Revenue for the quarter was $1.24 billion, against $1.09 billion expected.
Chief financial officer Simon Edwards said strong execution and disciplined investment drove the quarter's results. He said customer demand and the company's performance so far this year gave it confidence to raise its 2026 guidance for the third time this year.
The company also expects a full-year non-GAAP gross margin of about 34%. Non-GAAP measures exclude some items under the company's own method. Its full-year non-GAAP operating income is guided at $960 million to $1,030 million, and its non-GAAP earnings per share at $3.10 to $3.40.
This is the third upward revision to 2026 guidance this year. It suggests that the fuel-cell maker is turning its order backlog and demand from data centers into earnings that look durable rather than the result of one-off strong quarters. Revenue and margin guidance both rose, and the company was added to the S&P 500 during the quarter. Together, those points to a business that has moved from a speculative growth story toward one with steady institutional ownership and index-driven demand. The quarter also raises the bar for how investors value on-site power generation tied to the build-out of AI infrastructure.
