The statement echoes previous remarks, including on Iran, with no new military or diplomatic detail attached.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel will eliminate Hamas and that Hezbollah will fall. He has made similar statements before, including one that the Iranian regime is bound to be overthrown.
The remarks come as related military and diplomatic activity continues around the region. The United States is preparing a $2.8 billion weapons package for Israel that includes 20,000 MK-84 bombs, 20,000 BLU-117 bombs and 20,000 I-2000 penetrator warheads, according to the Associated Press. Military chiefs from the United States, Israel and Arab nations have held a secret meeting on Iran.
There have also been signs of restraint elsewhere in the region. Houthi representatives told US officials during talks in Oman that they would avoid attacking Israeli vessels. Israel has shared navigation intelligence on the Bab al-Mandab strait with Saudi Arabia, according to Kan News, as Saudi Arabia faces Houthi advances near the waterway.
Netanyahu's statement restates positions he has held throughout recent coverage, with no new operational detail or shift in approach. Markets have largely treated the regional conflict as an ongoing risk rather than a discrete catalyst, and routine reiterations of existing military objectives do not change that assessment.
