RB Global's normal course issuer bid will rise from a maximum of $500 million to $1 billion after approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange. The amendments take effect on September 17, 2026, and the bid is set to terminate on March 17, 2027.
As of September 11, 2026, RB Global had repurchased 5,363,497 shares under the program at an average price of about $93.22 each.
The higher ceiling gives the company more room to keep buying back stock through the life of the program, at scale beyond what the previous $500 million limit allowed.
