Ingram Micro held its first Capital Markets Day and laid out a financial framework running from fiscal 2026 through 2029. The company is targeting net sales growth of roughly 4% to 6% a year and non-GAAP net income growth of roughly 11% to 13% a year. It is also targeting adjusted free cash flow of about 30% or more of adjusted EBITDA, and adjusted return on invested capital of roughly 16% to 17% on a four-year average.
Chief Financial Officer Mike Zilis said the company expects third-quarter fiscal 2026 results to come in at the high end of the guidance range it gave on its second-quarter earnings call in late July. He said full-year 2026 guidance reflects continued momentum in the second half.
The new targets follow a fiscal 2025 in which Ingram Micro's net sales rose 9.5% and fourth-quarter results beat the high end of its guidance range. The multi-year framework calls for annual growth below that pace.
