Travere Therapeutics said Eric Dube will step down as President and Chief Executive Officer and leave the Board of Directors effective December 1, 2026. Bradley L. Campbell will succeed him as CEO the same day.
Campbell most recently served as President and CEO of Amicus Therapeutics from August 2022 until its acquisition by BioMarin Pharmaceutical in April 2026. Dube will stay on at Travere as Executive Advisor through February 15, 2027, continuing to draw his current base salary during the handover.
Under his new employment agreement, Campbell will receive an annual base salary of $1,000,000 and a target bonus of 85% of that salary. His initial equity awards total approximately $8,250,000 in stock options and $8,250,000 in time-based restricted stock units.
The changeover is more than a year away, and Dube's extended advisory role points to an orderly transition rather than any sudden break at the top. Campbell's record running Amicus through its sale to BioMarin gives him relevant CEO experience, but with the handoff so far out, the announcement is unlikely to move Travere shares in the near term.
