Financials is up 0.1%, with BlackRock the standout gainer in the sector at +1.1%. Energy is the only sector in the red at -0.1%, with crude oil settling down 1.6% on the session weighing on the group.
Among factors, High Beta ETF and iShares MSCI USA Min Vol Factor ETF both show relative strength at +0.5% and +0.4% respectively. Dividend ETF is up 0.3%. Momentum and growth factors are roughly flat.
Accenture dominates the mega-cap growth cohort at +7.9%, well clear of every other name in the group, after Anthropic announced that Accenture will assess its Frontier AI technology. BlackRock at +1.1% and AMD at +0.8% are the next-best movers. Most of the cohort is within 0.3% in either direction. Danaher is the clear laggard at -0.8%, and Apple and Applied Materials each give up 0.3%.
Among other sector ETFs, iShares U.S. Healthcare Providers ETF is up 0.5%, with Humana the best performer in Health Care at +0.8%. Defense ETF and SHLD each add 0.3%. Communication Services gains 0.3%, and the software-focused iShares Expanded Tech-Software Sector ETF adds 0.2%. Semiconductor ETFs are effectively flat: iShares Semiconductor ETF at flat, VanEck Semiconductor ETF down 0.1%. Biotech ETF (IBB) is up 0.2% while XBI slips 0.3%.
VanEck Space ETF is up 2.3% in after-hours, with NASA awarding SpaceX three crew flights to the Space Station noted in the news feed.
The single-stock movers list is led by Sandisk on the upside. Among losers, Moog Inc. Class A and Iron Mountain post the sharpest declines, while Raymond James Financial and Strategy Inc also pull back.
