Real Estate (XLRE) leads decliners at -0.7%, followed by Industrials (XLI) -0.6%, where C.H. Robinson stands out, down 9.6%. Consumer Staples (XLP) and Utilities (XLU) are each -0.4%. Financials (XLF), Consumer Discretionary (XLY), Materials (XLB) and Energy (XLE) are each down 0.2%, with Corteva +3.9% and Nucor +2.3% the standouts in Materials and Chipotle -5.5% the weakest in Discretionary. Technology (XLK) is the only sector higher, +0.3%, led by Western Digital +5.8% and Seagate +4.7%, while Enphase Energy falls 3.8%.
Growth is outperforming value: the Mega Cap Growth ETF is up 0.8% and S&P 500 Growth up 0.5%, while Dividend Aristocrats fall 0.8% and the Dividend ETF falls 0.9%.
Among mega-cap growth names, Intuit +2.6%, Oracle +2.5% and Microsoft +1.9% lead, while Booking Holdings -2.5%, KLA Corp -2.2% and Merck -2.2% lag.
The Software ETF (IGV) is up 1.3%, while the Homebuilders ETF (ITB) falls 1.5%.
PTC surges 35.0%, and Mercado Libre jumps 7.8%, with Shopify and Autodesk both up around 6%. On the downside, chipmakers and communications names lead the losers.
