SPY is up 0.1% pre-market. Materials is the standout laggard among main sectors at -0.9%, with Albemarle -2.0% and Newmont -1.8% weighing while Ecolab bucks the group at +2.3%. Technology is roughly flat as a mixed semiconductor complex offsets gains in Microsoft and TE Connectivity, with KLA Corp the sector's worst performer at -1.1%. Other sectors are little changed.
Factors are mostly flat pre-market. SCHD is off 0.7% while SCHY adds 0.5%.
Within mega-cap growth, American Express (+0.8%) and Microsoft (+0.7%) lead, while KLA Corp (-1.1%) and Lam Research (-0.8%) trail.
JETS leads other sector ETFs at +1.3%, while URA is the weakest at -0.9% and semiconductor-focused SOXX slips 0.6%.
Among individual movers, Voyager Technologies is the sharpest decliner in the list after falling further pre-market. Semiconductor-adjacent names Astera Labs and Entegris are both down more than 1%, alongside ASML Holding.

Precious metals ETFs are sharply lower as spot silver falls 3% and gold nearly 1%: Silver ETF -2.8%, VanEck Gold Miners ETF -2.3%, Global X Silver Miners ETF -2.3% and VanEck Junior Gold Miners ETF -2.2%. iShares MSCI South Korea ETF is down 2.1%. Thematic funds WisdomTree Quantum Computing Fund (+3.1%) and VanEck Data Center Supply Chain ETF (+3.0%) are both notably higher.
