Astrana Health beats on earnings, misses on revenue and narrows its 2026 guidance
The company now guides full-year revenue to $3.90bn to $4.00bn and adjusted EBITDA to $261m to $274m.
Astrana Health earned $0.71 a share in the third quarter, $0.23 more than expected, but revenue of $1.02bn fell short of the $1.04bn expected.
The split matters less than what management did next. It narrowed its full-year 2026 guidance to $3.90bn to $4.00bn for total revenue and $261m to $274m for adjusted EBITDA, a measure of operating profit. Guidance is the company's own forecast, but a tighter range suggests it sees fewer ways for the year to surprise either way. That narrowing, not the beat, is the real news.
The fourth quarter still leaves room. Astrana expects revenue of $939m to $1,039m and adjusted EBITDA of $48.5m to $61.5m. The EBITDA range is broad, so the year's final result depends heavily on those three months.
For the full year, the company guides to free cash flow of $107.5m to $130m.
