SharkNinja lifts 2026 sales and profit targets after third-quarter beat
Revenue was $1.98B against $1.93B expected, and the company now sees net sales growing 18.0% to 19.0% this year.
Table: Net sales growth, Adjusted EPS, Adjusted EBITDA
SharkNinja earned $2.34 a share in the third quarter, $0.41 more than expected, and raised every part of its outlook for the year. Revenue was $1.98B against $1.93B expected.
The higher guidance matters more than the beat, because it is management's own forecast for the rest of the year. SharkNinja now expects fiscal 2026 net sales to grow 18.0% to 19.0%, up from 16.0% to 17.0%. It sees adjusted net income per diluted share of $6.65 to $6.75, up from $6.45 to $6.55.
Adjusted EBITDA, a measure of operating profit, is now guided at $1,380m to $1,391m, up from $1,357m to $1,369m. Sales and both profit measures have moved up together, which looks like a broad revision of the year rather than a change to one line.
The raise is smaller than the quarter's beat, however. The per-share range rises $0.20 at both ends, against the $0.41 by which the quarter topped expectations. The new guidance does not simply add the quarter's upside to the full year.
