PACS Group lifts 2026 EBITDA and revenue guidance after a narrow third-quarter beat
Management now expects adjusted EBITDA of $685m to $695m, up from $640m to $660m, as same-store revenue rose 6.4%.
PACS Group raised its full-year 2026 guidance for both adjusted EBITDA and revenue, and each new range sits wholly above the old one. It now expects adjusted EBITDA of $685m to $695m, up from $640m to $660m. Revenue is guided to $5.95bn to $6.05bn, up from $5.75bn to $5.85bn.
The third quarter itself was a modest beat. Earnings per share were $0.63, ahead of expectations, and revenue was $1.50B against $1.49B expected. The raised outlook is the bigger news, though it remains management's own forecast.
Chief Executive Jason Murray said same-store revenue, which counts only facilities open in both periods, rose 6.4%, and occupancy improved to 91.3%. He also pointed to the company's recent expansion into Florida and continued growth in Texas as broadening its geographic reach.
