Neurocrine raises 2026 Ingrezza sales guidance after third-quarter profit and revenue beat
Net product sales passed $1bn for the first time, and the company credits demand across its portfolio rather than one drug.

Neurocrine Biosciences now expects full-year 2026 net sales of its Ingrezza drug of $2.9bn to $2.925bn. Its earlier range was $2.825bn to $2.875bn. The increase comes after net product sales topped $1bn for the first time.
A raised outlook is management's own forecast, and it says more than one good quarter. The quarter was good too. Third-quarter earnings were $3.29 a share, $1.34 better than expected. Revenue was $1.12bn against $1.06bn expected.
Chief executive Kyle W. Gano put the strength down to underlying demand across the portfolio. That matters because the higher Ingrezza range now rests on a larger base of reported sales.
Looking to 2027, Gano pointed to growth opportunities across Ingrezza, Crenessity and Vykat XR, alongside upcoming Phase 3 readouts. That case depends on Crenessity and Vykat XR adding meaningful revenue beyond Ingrezza, and on what the readouts show. No dates for the readouts were given.
