V2X raises its 2026 outlook on all four guidance lines after a third-quarter beat
Chief executive Jeremy C. Wensinger says recent awards, on-contract growth and backlog support the higher guidance.

V2X reported third-quarter earnings of $1.64 a share, $0.12 better than expected, on revenue of $1.27B against $1.23B expected. The larger news is the outlook, which the company raised.
It now puts the midpoint of 2026 revenue guidance at $5.025bn, up from $4.95bn. The midpoint for adjusted EBITDA is $360m, up from $355m. Adjusted diluted earnings per share are guided to a midpoint of $6.35, up from $6.10. Adjusted operating cash flow is guided to a midpoint of $185m, up from $170m.
Every line moved, so this is more than a good quarter. Guidance is management's own forecast, and Wensinger ties it to recent award activity, on-contract growth and the backlog. Upcoming contract awards and bookings will show whether those drivers keep pace.
The new figures are midpoints, so the fourth quarter has to show that the third-quarter beat was not a one-off.
